There also seems to be a mutual attraction between him and Mindy "The Hyena" Beaucham. He is the one of the three N.E.R.D.S who has told their family about their job. The first book is told from his point of view. He's the main protagonist of the first book. His mother has passed away but the reason why is unknown.

During the third book she received two other inhalers, one to increase her jumping height, the other to allow her to breathe underwater.
